There will be a super-luxury residential element at the popular La Mer beachside destination in Dubai, as well as a 192-berth super-yacht marina.

Work is already underway on the first properties in an area called La Côte, featuring around 400 one- to four-bedroom apartments and a two-storey penthouse across five low-rise buildings.
