The first wave of residents in Dubai Creek Harbour will start moving in early next year with the handover of Dubai Creek Residences, the first residential destination in the master development. Dubai Creek Residences is a six-tower residential development with 872 residential units located in Dubai Creek Harbour’s Creek Island Dubai community. According to Emaar, nearly 90 per cent of construction has been completed, while work on supporting infrastructure is progressing as per schedule.

Nestled between the yacht club, pools, a marina and a boulevard, Dubai Creek Residences will be a Riviera-style neighbourhood in Creek Island Dubai, which developer Emaar describes as the premier district in Dubai Creek Harbour. More than 4,000 residents are expected to start moving into their homes in the first quarter next year.

Creek Island Dubai is waterfront island destination that will be home to over 33,500 residents. It will be connected to the mainland by three bridges.

Dubai Creek Harbour is 6-sq-km development that will also feature the Dubai Creek Tower, which will be taller than the Burj Khalifa when completed in 2020. The master development will also have hotels, green parks and gardens, cultural attractions, canals, pedestrian walkways, cycle paths, city bus routes and two Dubai Metro links.
