Dubailand is increasingly becoming one of the most sought after living communities in Dubai thanks to the newness of the units, their affordability and the ease of access to the area through various major routes. The locality has become a permanent feature on Bayut.com’s various popularity lists, giving more and more reason to developers to continue investing in the area.
The latest announcement to come from the locality’s developer, Dubai Properties, concerns a new, modern villa community to be built in Dubailand. The project will be a ‘cluster home’ community that will be made extra secure and exclusive by the fact that it will be completely gated.
Dubai Properties have envisioned a Mediterranean theme for its “Villanova” project that will have multiple clusters, each having four different unit types within an enclosed court.
Per plans, the residential units will include two- and three-bedroom cluster homes and three-, four- and five-bedroom standalone villas. Dubai Properties also plans to follow the villas’ construction with the introduction of apartments in the community.
The project will feature landscaped paseos with walking and biking trails, intersecting linear parks and fountains, a pool house, children’s play area, BBQ zone, picnic lawns and a basketball court. The developer also said there would be plenty of retail outlets, outdoor seating areas and mosques.
“Villanova is testament that by continuously shaping our product offering through quality and innovation, DP is committed to creating exceptional and integrated lifestyle experiences in response to verifiable market needs that enrich the lives of residents and visitors alike,” Marwan Al Kindi, the executive director of sales and sales operations for Dubai Properties, said in a statement.
The pricing and timeline of the project are yet to be disclosed. But stay tuned to our blog and we will update you about the project as soon as new developments unfold.
